Peaberry coffee is a naturally occurring mutation present in arabica coffee varieties where only one bean develops inside of the coffee cherry instead of two.
 
Lucky Dragon has a Peaberry from our Brazilian friends that is extremely fully of earthy, fruity flavors mixed with some chocolate to make a fantastic unique cup. Because this process is not always available in nature, when we have it, it doesn’t last long.
