We LOVE Coffee, and only roast the best coffee in the world. Specialty coffee is the highest grade of coffee available in the entire supply chain. It is also single origin and/or single estate coffee. At ASPECT we roast coffee with a SCA higher than 83. We also blend specialty coffee to create a signature roast. If you love a rich chocolate finish in a medium dark roast, but would really like to taste a little more fruit, maybe some strawberry, we can roast it or create a blend to fit your taste. We take the best coffee and make it better!

What's with the chemical structure symbol and what is it?

Great question...The structure represents the chemical composition for caffeine. 8 carbon atoms, 10 hydrogen atoms, 4 nitrogen atoms and 2 oxygen atoms. "Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant of the methamphetamine class. It is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive drug. Unlike many other psychoactive substances, it is legal and unregulated in nearly all parts of the world. There are several known mechanisms of action to explain the effects of caffeine."

The Farm
ASPECT is fortunate to know the owner of this farm in Brazil. Our Brazil House Blend coffee ranges from 83-88 and is typically used in the Feature and seasonal blends. You can also order it roasted to how you like. If you order our house roast and you'll receive a chocolaty, smooth, rich, full flavored Brazilian roast.

Since 1890, this family owned farm has perfected their craft growing specialty coffee on 400- hectares of land at an elevation of 1,220 meters. The precipitation is 1,800-2,000mm per year with an average temperature of 19C. The Farm produces bourbon coffee which is exceptional in this region.
