Store Policy
At Aspect Café & Roaster in Milton, Ontario, we roast all of our coffee fresh in small batches to ensure exceptional flavor and quality. Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days, and we recommend enjoying your coffee within 4–6 weeks of the roast date. Local pickup is available at our Milton café, and we ship Canada-wide with tracking provided once your order leaves our roastery. Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@aspectroaster.com, and we’ll make it right. Merchandise such as mugs, apparel, and brewing gear may be returned within 14 days if unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift cards are final sale. Prices, menu items, and seasonal offerings may vary. We value every guest and strive to create a warm, community-focused café experience. Your privacy is important to us—we never share your personal information and only use it to process your order or communicate updates
